Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions here. By employing Zee Scott's services, you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE
By confirming your booking and making payment, you will agreeing to terms below:
You will be permitted to transfer the $50 to another date once only.
Your non refundable booking fee [$50] will be deducted from your final invoice
DELIVERY/SET UP
The price for delivery is dependent on:
a] The size of your cake - larger cakes may require additional staffing or construction at the delivery site.
b] The distance between Zee Scott's HQ and the delivery destination
Once a set up is complete [if required], the Zee Scott team accepts no responsibility for any damage which may be caused once we have signed off.
The Zee Scott team will take a picture of the final set up, this will act as set up completion.
The client is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cakes/desserts at the venue. Zee Scott is happy to liaise with the client and the venue to discuss whether additional supports are required.
Zee Scott cakes are decorated with buttercream. Cakes must not be stored in direct sunlight or in heated areas for a prolonged period of time. Refrigeration is highly recommended if the cake is to be delivered more than 1 hour prior to serving.
All cakes must be consumed at room temperature.
SELF- COLLECTION/COURIER PICK UP + DISPLAY
Please be aware that when your cake/treats are delivered by the Zee Scott Team, much care is taken to ensure your cake arrives to you/your venue in the condition it leaves the studio.
You are welcome to collect or organise a courier, however please note, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur after your order has left the studio.

FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES
While we take the utmost care to fulfil your requirements and minimise risks, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from any ingredient that may affect certain food allergies
Zee Scott operates a nut free kitchen however, some purchased ingredients may be manufactured in nut handling environments.
The following ingredients are used in our kitchen:
Milk and other dairy products
Eggs
Wheat and Gluten
Food colourants

Zee Scott will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or food items one may come in contact with while eating a product from our kitchen.
CHANGES TO MY ORDER
We can accept changes to your order up to 14 days in advance. Changes made within 14 days may incur a fee to cover the reworking of a design or the loss of work that has already been completed.
QUOTES AND PAYMENT
Quotes sent are valid for 1 week from the date sent.
Your order is not confirmed until Zee Scott receives your non refundable booking fee.
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required to confirm your booking, the balance is due 2 weeks prior to your order delivery date.
If you are required to postpone/cancel your event, the following fees will apply:
- 2 weeks + prior to your delivery date: the non refundable booking fee will be retained.
- Up to 2 weeks prior to your delivery date: A late cancellation admin fee will be charged - $100 PLUS your non-refundable booking fee will be retained.
- Up to 7 days prior to your delivery date: A late cancellation admin fee will be charged - $200 PLUS your non-refundable booking fee will be retained.
- Within 24 hours prior to your delivery time/date: You will forfeit your total payment.
COVID RELATED CANCELLATIONS
Zee Scott appreciates that our current climate may not be sympathetic towards events, we are willing to work with each case to come to a suitable resolution. Please contact Zee Scott direct to discuss.
