Cakes and Shit love a challenge and welcome all enquiries big or small, simple or crazy and there is not much we will say no to, however, we reserve the right to turn down requests that we perceive as racist, sexist or homophobic or offensive to any persons or cultures. We are an inclusive and open bakery and will do everything we can to make your experience with us as enjoyable and easy as possible.

Payments

Full payment required for all services and products prior to pick up (3 - 7 work days prior dependent on product or service)

50% deposit required to secure orders or services over 7 days

Confirmation

Orders made on line receive confirmation of purchase on the day of purchase. Custom orders through other channels will receive and invoice with order details.

Delivery

Delivery is available on all of our cookie products Australia wide. Brisbane Metro delivery for other items such as cakes and cupcakes is available upon enquiry (delivery prices vary and dependent on delivery address.) Customers are welcome to organise their own courier services if required at their own costs.

Cancellation/Refunds

Orders that are cancelled more than 7 days prior to pick up/shipping date receive full refund

Orders that are cancelled between 2-7 days prior to pick up/shipping date will have the option to reschedule the date of pick up/shipping or will receive a gift certificate/ credit note for the full amount to use on items on the website or on future custom orders

Orders that are cancelled under 2 days prior to pick up/shipping date will not receive a refund or credit note.
